2012年2月27日起新加坡医院人事部总监和护理部主任亲临西安选拔中国护士赴新加坡医院工作。

27号上午8点时新加坡医院向所有到场护士讲解了医院的情况和如果去新加坡工作，医院和护士之间签订的合同大概包括什么，之后的时间和28号全天两天是面试时间，29号下午4点开始新加坡护理局考试，时间一个小时。考试过后新加坡雇主方代表向全体护士介绍了去新加坡工作后续的住宿管理安排，让我们的护士清楚了解去新加坡工作，他们可能居住的地方和环境，大概自己需要准备什么，怎样在那边更好的工作与生活。

经护士们反映，新加坡医院的面试官主要考护士的实际护理知识，注重沟通技巧。这次的新加坡医院的初选面试共有34人参加，共有26人被选参加新加坡护理局考试。我公司送去的护士在27日的时候全都通过了医院的初选进入笔试。目前还在等待新加坡护理局考试成绩的下发，祝愿我们的护士顺利通过考试！

2.初中起点+3年全日制护理中专+2年全日制护理大专；
